It’s possible to see all sorts of amazing sights here alongside walking your dog, including the Kingsley Plantation and Fort Caroline – so it’s worth visiting. This plantation harks back to one of the less pleasant aspects of American history, and is an amazing historic resource for those interested in learning about the slave trade. It’s open all year (no matter what the season), and you can get in between the hours of 9am and 5pm. And with lots of other options including hikes and recreational outdoor activities on offer, there’s something for everyone in this destination.
