Wild Game Beer Pairing Dinner at Legacy Ale Works

For as long as we've been hosting beer pairing dinners, we've been asked to put together one featuring wild game. Well that time has finally come.

Join us for an exclusive beer pairing unlike anything we've done before. We are once again teaming up with Chef Sarah Copeland for a unique 4-course wild game beer pairing dinner. Each course is carefully paired with Legacy beer. Courses include:

~Wild Game Charcuterie & Cheese

~Duck Rabbit & Gator Jambalaya

~Venison with blackberry red wine sauce and goat cheese polenta ~Maple Bourbon Cheesecake with Bison Bacon crumble.
